UNESCO World Heritage Young Professionals Forum 2025 | Fully Funded
Applications are now open for the UNESCO World Heritage Young Professionals Forum 2025, a fully funded international forum set to take place from 1 to 8 July 2025 in Paris, France. Organized with the support of the Republic of Bulgaria, the forum will gather young professionals from around the world under the theme: “World Heritage in an Interconnected World: Leveraging Digital Technologies and Innovative Approaches.”
This 10-day immersive experience offers a unique platform for passionate young professionals to connect, collaborate, and build their expertise in protecting, conserving, and promoting natural and cultural World Heritage. Participants will explore key global challenges and innovative solutions in a digitally connected era, while also engaging in vibrant discussions on sustainable development and heritage conservation.
Eligibility Criteria for the UNESCO World Heritage Young Professionals Forum 2025:
Applicants must be between 23 and 32 years old (including those born between 30 June 1993 and 30 June 2002).
Applicants must have experience in one of the following fields: architecture, archaeology, conservation, restoration, urban planning, art history, heritage related studies.
The UNESCO World Heritage Young Professional Forum 2025 is open to students from all over the world.
Applicants must be motivated and committed to implementing the outcomes of this international forum in their respective countries.
Similarly, applicants must be committed to enhancing community engagement in managing World Heritage properties.
Applicants must be available for the entire duration of the forum.
Applicants must be proficient in English/French, as this UNESCO forum will be conducted in English and French.
